Top Bid Collectors – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases, sales, and interactions between Top Bid Collectors (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and any purchaser or user (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise purchasing from us, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Products and Sales

1.1 Nature of Products – We sell sealed sports card boxes, sealed packs, individual cards, magnetic card cases, and related collectibles. Sealed products contain randomly distributed cards; the Company makes no representation or warranty as to the specific contents, quality, or potential value of any product.

1.2 Condition of Goods – All products are sold in the condition described at the time of sale. Sealed products are factory-sealed as received from the manufacturer or authorized distributor. Accessories, including magnetic card cases, are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they are free from material defects.


2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Pricing – All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2.2 Payment Terms – Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has cleared.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 All Sales Final – Due to the volatility of the sports card market, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide exchanges for any products, including sealed sports card boxes, sealed packs, individual cards, magnetic card cases, and other accessories, regardless of whether the purchase is made online, in-store, or at events.

3.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items – If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or materially different from what you ordered, you must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with photographic evidence and proof of purchase. We may, at our sole discretion, authorize a replacement or store credit.

3.3 Pre-Orders – All pre-order sales are final. In the event of manufacturer delays, product changes, or cancellations, we reserve the right to substitute with an item of equal or greater value or to issue store credit, at our discretion.


4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

4.1 Shipping Responsibility – We ship orders to the address provided by the Customer. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the Customer, or circumstances outside our control.

4.2 Risk of Loss – Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.


5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with any purchase, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of value, or claims related to the contents of sealed products.

5.2 The Company’s total liability for any claim arising from any transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.


6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

6.1 Governing Law – These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the Company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6.2 Dispute Resolution – Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or any purchase shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the state and county of the Company’s principal place of business, except where prohibited by law.


7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will apply to your transaction.


8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Top Bid Collectors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including the incorporated Refund Policy.
