Top Bid Collectors – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of all products purchased from Top Bid Collectors (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms of this Policy.


1. Order Processing

1.1 Processing Time – Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and cleared. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, product release dates, or promotional events.

1.2 Pre-Orders – Orders containing pre-release products will be shipped once all items in the order are available, unless separate shipping arrangements have been made.


2. Shipping Methods and Rates

2.1 Carriers – We ship via major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used will be determined at our discretion unless otherwise specified at checkout.

2.2 Shipping Charges – Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the Customer.


3. Delivery Timeframes

3.1 Estimated Delivery – Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3.2 Tracking Information – Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped.


4. Risk of Loss and Title

4.1 Transfer of Risk – All products are shipped FOB (Free On Board) shipping point. Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.

4.2 Lost or Stolen Packages – We are not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the carrier confirms delivery. Customers must file claims directly with the carrier in such cases.


5. Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Issues

5.1 Customer Responsibility – The Customer is solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5.2 Returned Packages – If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the Customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to re-send the order.


6. International Shipping

6.1 Availability – International shipping may be available to select countries. Availability and rates will be displayed at checkout.

6.2 Customs, Duties, and Taxes – The Customer is responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. Delays caused by customs processing are outside of our control.


7. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order with Top Bid Collectors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
