Top Bid Collectors – Return Policy
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all sales of products by Top Bid Collectors (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to any purchaser (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

All Sales Final – Due to the inherent volatility and fluctuating market value of sports cards and related collectibles, all sales are final. The Company does not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide exchanges for any products sold, including but not limited to sealed sports card boxes, sealed packs, individual cards, magnetic card cases, and other accessories, regardless of whether the purchase is made online, in person, or through any other sales channel.

Condition of Products – All sealed boxes and packs are sold in their original, factory-sealed condition as obtained from the manufacturer or authorized distributor. The Company makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the specific contents, quality, or potential value of any sealed product. Magnetic card cases and other accessories are inspected prior to shipment and deemed free from material defects at the time of sale.

Damaged or Non-Conforming Goods – In the event that a Customer receives an item that has been damaged during transit or is materially different from the product ordered, the Customer must notify the Company in writing, including photographic evidence and proof of purchase. The Company, in its sole discretion, may authorize a replacement or issue store credit. Failure to provide timely notice shall constitute conclusive proof of acceptance of the goods as delivered.

Pre-Order Transactions – All sales of pre-order products are final. In the event of manufacturer delays, product changes, or cancellations, the Company reserves the right to substitute the product with an item of equal or greater value or to issue store credit, at its sole discretion.

Acceptance of Policy – By purchasing from Top Bid Collectors, the Customer affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy, and waives any right to dispute or challenge its enforceability based on lack of notice or understanding.
